Refund & Returns Policy
Please get in touch with me within 48 hours of receiving your order if you are unhappy with your purchase and I will make arrangements for a refund or exchange. If your product arrived damaged, please send through photographic evidence within 48hours of receiving it.
Refunds will only be considered if:
I have sent the wrong item and am not able to exchange it for the correct item and the customer has no desire to exchange the item for any other item from the website. I am unable to fulfil your order. The item has arrived damaged or broken and we cannot replace it with a new one.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the client. Product exchanges are treated as new orders and are subject to standard delivery costs.
