Shipping policy

Thank you so much for your order!  As a one-woman-team I try to get your orders out as soon as possible, but sometimes there are delays. I will get in touch with you should there be a delay.

All orders are custom made. Orders are collected from the printer on Tuesdays. All orders are then shipped on Thursdays. If something is in stock, it will be shipped within 3 - 5 working days. Products that are not in stock, can take up to 10 business days to arrive. You will receive a tracking number with The Courier Guy, once your order is shipped. 

If you have an urgent order please contact me before placing your order so that I can make arrangements to get it to you as soon as possible.

LOCAL & NATIONAL

R70 PUDO to your nearest locker available for any items A4 or smaller only (such as calendars, 21x21cm prints, greeting cards or sketchbooks).

R120 flat rate shipping to main centers in South Africa door to door with The Courier Guy.

R200 for outlying areas. 

INTERNATIONAL

A door-to-door courier option for international shipping is available, please email me to request a quote.

COLLECTIONS

Customers are welcome to collect orders from my studio in Kommetjie - Cape Town, by appointment only.
